Shipping policy

We proudly ship our products internationally. However, free shipping is offered only to customers in the United States and Canada.

For all international orders (outside of the U.S.), customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their destination country. These charges are determined by the local government and are not controlled or collected by us. Typically, they are billed directly by the local delivery carrier at the time of delivery. NOTE: If an international delivery isn't picked up, the package will be returned to our facility and no refund will be issued.

If your order is running late, please check your tracking information to see if there was a delay in the shipping process. If the tracking information says that it was delivered, or if it includes a picture of the delivery that was not your delivery address, please send us an email at suplimenthero@gmail.com and we can look into the situation for you.
